    Still produced in an earthen oven, according to ancestral know-how, the tabby bamboo wood is burned for 3 days between  800 ° and  1000 °. 

    Bamboo charcoal, called black diamond, is one of the rare ingredients with a very broad spectrum of use.

    Very porous constitution,  it has the particularity of adsorbing and retaining  3 times more air and water pollutants than charcoal  classic. Its adsorption surface is 3000m2 / gram. It is also an excellent odor and moisture absorber. It is naturally charged with negative ions and attracts toxic particles to it. It mineralizes running water thanks to its content of silicic acid, calcium and potassium.

    Usage tips

    • Activate / clean  the takesumi stick by boiling it for 5 to 10 minutes (never use cleanser or soap)
    • Done  dry it in the sun or in a warm, dry place
    • Place 1 stick of takesumi in a carafe, pour between 0.75 and 1 liter of running water
    • Let act  for (h and 12 h to mineralize water, adsorb chlorine and pollutants
    • Drink!
    • After 3 months, reactivate the charcoal by boiling it for 5 to 10 minutes

    The takesumi stick can be used for 6 months (2 times 3 months)

    You can recycle it  as a plant fertilizer or natural deodorant in cupboards, refrigerators or  shoes...

    The takesumi is very light and floats the first few days of use. After a few days, this one will descend to no longer float. The flotation does not alter its properties in any way.

    Takesumi is also available in activated charcoal powder.
